Congrats on Darkstalkers Tribute!

Just had alook at some of your art; the rendering and pure quality is amazing. There are times when i can see bits that look off slightly but overall you're BLOODY IMMENSE! out of curiosity, when you're as good as that who do you look up to?

Do you use gouache on top of your markers, or what type of paint do you use?
:iconchriss2d:
No it's a thick liquid watercolor paint called Dr. Ph. Martin's Bleed Proof White. It's very similar to gouache though.
:iconaugmenton:
Oh, okay, thanks. I think the bleedproof white is what you use with gouache when you need to get a true white on top of some alreday painted gouache since any gouache will show the color behind it. Least that's what my teacher recommended when I needed to get some brighter whites on my last gouache painting... Thanks for the reply! :)
:iconchriss2d:
It acts the same way as gouache...it all depends on how much you dilute it. Great for washes, but for a pure white I have to use the paint straight out of the jar.
:iconaugmenton:
Alright, I'll have to remember that. Thanks for your time.
